I dont get it at all, but the email I sent with my question over here did
not go to postbox out.....but arrived at this adress. but all my other
emails go to postbox out

You sent a post to a newsgroup, not email. The Outbox can often
handle messages to one server quickly even while it's having problems
sending messages to another server, such as your email server.
