Are you trying in Windows Mail? Outlook Express won't run under Vista.
Your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider) should
have instructions for setting up to use their email servers, so ask them.
If
they don't have instructions for Windows Mail, their instructions for
Outlook Express should also work under Windows Mail if they don't
call for using the HTTP protocol. The instructions are probably
somewhere on their web site.
