Ask your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider)
for their instructions for setting up to use their email servers. If they
haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, use their
instructions for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail instead.
The instructions are probably on their web server. Or, you could
tell us who your email provider is and see if anyone here already
knows where to find the instructions.
I assume you've already found a reasonable way to start Windows
Mail.

internet to find it, if at all. You'll need it registered longer before
anyone
can reply to your mail.
Note that it's hard to send email to other people if you don't already
know their email addresses.
