32bit or 64bit?

How do I determine if my Win 2000 professional operating
system is 32bit or 64bit I need to choose for the correct
download of patches and fixes via windows update pages.

Hi Tod

There is no 64Bit Windows 2000 Professional. What you seem to be looking at
is the Windows XP 64 Bit version (intended for the Itanium Platform). Be
sure to select the Windows 2000 link and *not* the Windows XP link which
lets you choose the 64 Bit Version of Patches.
