32bit or 64 bit SockPuppet

Brontosaurus Burger AKA Vista!

I want to install a new program on my Vista machine. I know that Vista is
way over my head, but someone told me about the SockPuppet program. Do I
install the 32bit or the 64 bit SockPuppet?
