They aren't... yet...

DX10 versions of games are going to be a lot better. Crysis was said that it
will play on an older DX9 system, but don't ever play on a DX10 and go back
to the DX9 version, as you will defintely notice the difference.

Dustin, I think he might have it a little backwards. He might be referring
to the Games for Windows standard, which uses the same little windows symbol
that vista does.

If that is what you are referring to Scott the Games for Windows standard as
several requirements to get the seal. Such as support for the XBOS360
controller, must support Windows Media Center, and a higher level of QA that
Microsoft must validate.
