3 slips per page prints incorrectly

I used Allen Browne's template - thanks Allen. I have a dotted line in the
footer to assist in cutting the slips apart.

When I preview (and print) the report, some pages print fine and on others
the data is shifting up on the page. When a page is incorrect, the dotted
line is missing. There isn't a consistent pattern. For example, when I limit
the records by date:

1/1-1/31 has 6 pages (18 slips). Page 3 doesn't print correctly
2/1-2/28 has 2 1/3 pages (7 slips). No page prints correctly
3/1-3/31 has 2 2/3 pages (8 slips). Page 2 doesnt print correctly
1/1-12/31 has 52 1/3 pages. These pages print correctly:
1,8,22,28,33,35,43,44,47,49,53
 
Check the properites of the Detail Section.
Make sure that Can Grow and Can Shrink are set to No.
 
Thanks Allen. Can Grow was yes and Can Shrink was no. all works fine now.
