3 issues - Data File, Email/Contacts, 2 Personal Folders

I have 3 issues:

1. I want to change the location of the data file. I
tried moving the data file to where I want it and then
openned Outlook and it said it couldn't find the file but
did not give me the option to browse to its new
location.How do I change the location of the PST data
file?

2. Two identical "Personal Folders - Bill" show up at
the ;eft side of the screen under All Mail folders - How
can I delete one?

3. When I open the address book when sending an email it
opens to a contacts folder which has nothing in it - I
keep going and under Personal Address books there are two
Contacts and my actual contacts are in the second one.
How do I get it to show up initially? I can't find the
second Conact anywhere else in Outlook.

!. If you moved the file and have no others in the same location, Outlook
will prompt. You state you have 2 .pst files in your folder list so Outlook
is probably looking to that one and will not prompt.

2. Right click on the root of the personal folder set and select close.

3. Ensure you have the Outlook Address book service installed. These
directions are for Outlook 2002/2003.

Tools->Email Accounts->Directories->View or Change. If the Outlook Address
Book service does not show, back up one step and add it. Then, follow
directions to close and reopen Outlook. Right click on your contacts
folder(s) and ensure on the properties page, that each one is enabled as an
Outlook Address Book.

Next time, PLEASE include your version of Outlook - it makes it so much
simpler for us to answer since there are now 5 versions and 7 modes out
there to deal with.
