we've got the 8500 aiw radeon, but I don't see the shader options
anywhere...

I'm not thinking about what they currently have it setup for, but towardsErrrrr from what I've read (I haven't tried the Cat 3.8's yet/ever)
smartshader is pointless/a gimick ... but I'll defend your right to use it
