when I go to "my computer" there isn't any listing at all
for 3 1/2" floppy. How do I use my discs??? Is there a
way to install that into "my computer"?

Your drive show appear in Windows as long as it is getting power. you might
try checking the connections inside of your PC case.

You don't provide enough information about your system to get a good
answer. Is this a new problem? What changed between the time it worked
and the time it didn't? The problem may also be caused by failed
hardware. Open the case and check cable seating. Try a different floppy
drive. Post back with details if you want more help.

Does it show up as being turned on in the BIOS?

I hate to ask this, but I have to: does your computer come with a
floppy drive? Many newer boxes don't include them anymore.
