Any time you need to find a download from Microsoft, check http://www.microsoft.com/downloads and do a search. Except for the new WPF
beta, it is a good tool. In all fairness, the functionality of the WPF
(Silverlight) beta is fairly decent, it just requires a few more features to
be complete.
