2x .tmp error messages after boot-up

Hi,

having just completed, well 7/8 hours into nearly
completing formatted fresh install of W2K, I now get
following message on startup;
wininimil.exe bad image
filename: ota1.tmp path c:\.....\local settins\temp
then next
ota2.tmp path c:\.....\local settins\temp

I get the same message each reboot, however the filenames
change, they have been- fsa1 & 2.tmp, gsa1 & 2.tmp etc etc.

Only happened since upgrade of all W2K & Office 2000 Pro
to latest SR & Patches.

and on the 9th Hour....

I got as far as installing Norton Antivirus only to find
w32.Spybot worm was the cause of my problem.
Hmmmm I wonder where that came from?
