I have recently created a home networking system in my
home. I added a wireless rounter to my DSL connection.
Prior to adding the rounter, the 2nd user on one of the
XP computers, who is also designated as an administrator,
was able to access the internet. After adding the
router, the 2nd user cannot access the internet. The 2nd
user has to use the 1st user's internet access to surf
the web. I am not sure what happened after I added the
router. What do I need to do to get the 2nd user able to
access the internet from their own account?

It sounds like you had Windows Internet Connection Sharing turned on
before you got the router. You need to disable it on both computers,
since a) you don't need it; b) the router won't work with it. Get rid
of ICS and set both computers to get an IP address and DNS
automatically. Make sure you configure the wireless on the router and
on the computer that is connecting wirelessly so the SSID, channel, and
WEP match. Read the instructions that came with the router.
