2nd server login ask for password

I just setup 2 server with Win 2000, the first server is a
Domain Controler, The second server is a member of the
same domain. When Login to the domain from XP Pro and go
to the domain server via my network I can view all the
shares, when I try to go the second server it ask me to
login, I only can login via the administrators account to
the second server. I am set in the domain as administrator
in active dir.

You have to put a Domain Users group into user local group in not-DC
win2k srv.
Only Members of administrators group can logon interactively.
You cannot access administrative shares like C$, Admin$ using a user
account.
Verify if Local users group and administrator group has members like
Domain Admin and Domains Users.
