2nd CPU not working

I found a dual-processor machine that had only one
processor, so I added a second one. Because Windows wasn't
installed with the 2nd one present, it doesn't work.
Does anyone know a trick that will turn it on?

It seems that maybe, booting to safe-mode, I could delete
some registry keys and/or files and then boot off the
Windows CD to do a repair install and maybe this might
work, but I wouldn't know for sure.

Man, like a charm!
Thanks!
Much easier than what I thought I had to do.
