2nd axis chart

I am trying to set up a chart with two Y axis and I am not seeing the second
axis. How do I accomplish that?
 
Right-click on a series that you want on the secondary axis
Choose Format Data Series
Select the Axis tab
Select Secondary Axis, click OK
