2k Prof Network domain problem

I work at a public access television station that is
running about four computers on Windows 2000 Professional.

I recently purchased Fortres (4.1) and installed it on
all of the machines, and I put Central Control on my main
computer. In order to inherit the user list from the
Central Control computer over the network, all the
computers must be in the same domain, yet my computers
are currently just in a workgroup.

Now, here's the question: Is it possible to create a
network domain with Windows 2000 Professional? I don't
want to get Win2k Server or Win Server 2003 (well, I'd
like to, but I can't change my system configuration
around).
