2d scheduler error w/NTbackup

I get an error 2d in the log file, I can't find a
description of this code anywhere. Can anyone give me a
reference site or a clue? I am using NTbackup All the
media works fine. I can do manual backups without a hitch
but the scheduled backups will not run The user that I
have the job to run under is in the Backup operators...

This error code is generated by ntbackup.exe, not by the Task Scheduler.

Run the job in the foreground so that you can see on the
screen what's going on.
