255 characters problem

I try to copy a sheet as a copy but Excel gives me the below
warning. "The sheet you are copying has cells that contain more tha
255 characters.When you copy the entire sheet,only the first 25
characters in each cell are copied."

I need some helps to solve the above problem.

Michael,

Coy the sheet, then go back to the original sheet and copy just the cells.
Then go to the copy of the sheet and paste over the other cells. That
second copy/paste will bypass the 255 character limit.
