24-Hour Format For Taskbar Clock

Does anyone know of a way to convert my taskbar clock to
24-Hour format?

I really like to use TClockEx, but its style is not
integrated into Windows XP's Luna GUI as it is with the
Classic GUI. As a result, I would like to switch my view
for XP.

open help & support center and search for clock.
 
Regional and language options|regional options|customize|time tab.
