2010 Pro+ Beta / 2007 Pro Issues?

I currently have 2007 Pro and want to try 2010 Pro Plus beta before it
releases in July. If I want/need to switch back to 2007 Pro, will there be
any problems importing data created in 2010 beta or the release version?

There won't be any need to export or import. You'll just reuse the same data
files.
