2007 year in Excel

Has anyone had issue since the new year when creating a new worksheet in Excel with the date defaulting to 2007 or when items from another worksheet are pasted into a new worksheet? I've been searching around and seems as though I'm the only one experiencing this phenomenom. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I've already unchecked the 1904 and when I did that the 2003 year defaulted to 1999?

Well you can't have it both ways. If you uncheck 1904, then put 1462 in an
empty cell, copy it, select all dates and do edit>paste special and select
add. That will give you the exact dates. That means if you have a workbook
created in 1900 system and you open it with 1904 system it will add 1462,
the other way around it will subtract 1462. You can fix both quite easily..
