2007 Access file read only in Vista Ultimate

I have a problem with one computer not being able to update a MS Access 2003
database file located on a shared drive on the server. We just installed a
SBS 2003 R2 server which used to be a peer to peer network. When the file
was located on a machine running XP Pro it was accessed and updated by all
others with no problems. Moved the file to the server and now I can only get
one computer to have read/write permissions. If I login as an user on one
computer it will let me update, but if I go to another computer and login
using the same user id it makes it a read only file wanting me to create a
copy to update it. I have changed the permissions to the file and folder to
full control for all users but still get the same message "read-only". I am
trying to use Access 2007 on the computer giving the error but the one that
lets me update it is also running 2007 version. Both theses computers are
running Vista Ultimate and Access 2007 but only one is be able to update.
I've also tried opening it up on one computer at a time but still get the
error on only the one computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think you would best ask about this in an SBS or Windows Server 2003
newsgroup, I would guess that your problem is somewhere in the beast known
as Active Directory.
