2005 betas with VS 2002?

Has anyone installed Visual Studio 2005 beta (or C# Express beta) side by side with Visual Studio 2002 and Framework 1.0?
 
I am sure they have. I know that VS 2k3 and VS 2k5 are supposed to be
able to operate side by side.

My advice to you is, do not put a beta product on any machine that
means anything to you. You will most likely end up scrapping everything
up on it and there very well may be other unforseen compatability
issues.
