2003 font and bar issues

1. Is it possible to change the size/color of the greyish font used for the
subject line of messages not yet read in the Inbox for Outlook 2003?
2. Is it possible to change the relative vertical size of the two bottom
elements in the Navigation Pane. In theory it is, I think, but I can't move
that bar.

The answer to part 2 of my question is I found, that you can choose "see
fewer icons" and eventually line the whole bunch as small icons at the
bottom, which is quite attractive and useful: a feature of the Nav. Column I
didn't like was how little I could see of the Folders Tree. Now that's
fixed, but what about question 1?
