2003 Business Contact Manager; cannot open "new" Account or Busin.

Using the on line instructions I am unable to open a "new" Account and/or
Business Contact form to make new entries. All other "new" forms; contacts,
notes, etc. work. I get a message, " The form required to view this message
cannot be displayed. Contact you Administrator". I don't have an
administrator. This is a singly owned copy of MS Outlook - Small Business
Version with Business Contact Manager.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thank you.

Just clear your forms cache.

Tools, Options. Other.
Advanced Options
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache.

It is a relatively common problem with BCM. SP1 often fixes or greatly
reduces the occurance of the problem.
