2000 Terminal Server

We currently run 2000 Terminal Server on a mix of 95, 98, and 2000 machines and have the problem of the Keypad dropping out (very annoying for accountants). I know there is a fix out there (KB 258070) can anyone help?

Have you called Microsoft to get hte fix? Hotfixes are free.
