2000 prof pc gets kicked of the netw after 10min

Hi, Need your help please!

A win 2000 prof pc on a 2000 server network disconnects
from the net after 10min. All network connections tested
ok. Need to log out and in again to restore connection.

Please help!

Have you got Power Management enabled on this machine. Sometimes if PM is
enabled, this powers down the NIC and can cause your network connection to
disconnect.

Power management is disabled. Replaced NIC but still
sitting with the same problem.
