2000 pro network installation?

I am trying to do a network install of windows 2000
professional. The PC that I would like to install windows
2000 pro on has no OS. I have copied the I386 directory
from the 2000 pro cd to a directory on the 2000 server.
How do I create a network client floppy disk to access the
2000 server, to install 2000 pro?
