Susan, It sounds like you have the incorrect video driver
installed. If you have the driver disk for the video
card, you will need to install that driver instead of the
generic driver that is installed now. Look in device
manager and see what driver you have for the video card.

Have you downloaded and installed the Win2K-specific device
drivers from the video adapter manufacturers' web site?
