2000 and 97 version

I have a database created in 2000 and my friend converted
to 97. Is there a way that i can convert it back to 2000
or 2003?

Sure. Just open it in the appropriate version, and it will convert it for

Simply open it in 2000 or 2003 and accept Access' offer to upgrade it.
