2000>>2002=lost editor preference

upgraded to 2002 from 2000; most preferences from 2000
transferred correctly -- except using MS Word as email
editor; "Tools/Options/Mail Format/Message Format" check
boxes are grayed out, i.e., unavailable to turn on; is
there a tweak or something I can do to make those check
boxes available?

You can only use Word as your email editor if the versions of Outlook and
Word are the same. If you upgraded Outlook from 2000 to 2002 but not Word,
you won't be able to use Word as the email editor.

Thanks for your reply, Patricia... That's what I was
afraid of. Freakin' Microsoft!
