2 Windows 2000 Computers Printer Shareing problem

PlaceI have 2 computers with win2000. They are hooked up with a linksys
router. The first one has a printer and the broadband modem hooked up. The
second one when hooked up, can access the internet but can't share files or
printers. the file sharing is checked off. When I try to access the Wrokgroup
in Network Places, it says "Workgroup is not accessable. The list of servers
for this workgroup is unaccessable." Can anyone help?
 
I have the same problem, except that the main compuer is XP and the computer
wanting to connect to the printer is Win 2000.

Neither the internet service provider nor tech support at Linksys would help
because they say it is a matter of configuring Windows.

(Sorry for posting anonymously, but I'm having a SERIOUS spaming problem
that just will not go away.)
