2 undetected files

No idea where to update the spyware definition, I just
did a scan on my computer infected with (1) wincalc.exe
and (2) iexplorer.exe and they weren't picked up. Any
idea?

Yes, go to the top left corner, click "File", then click
on "Check for updates". The auto-update function does
not function properly yet, so we will be patient as it is
debugged by MS. Make sure your firewall will let it out
onto the 'net to do its' update check thing.
