First, when copying and pasting from one sheet to another it will bring the
formatting but not the size of the columns and rows. Is there a way to copy
that as will without having to resize them every time?

And, is there a way to put a page number footer on each page so that it will
number each page in sequence?

Hi,

The technique is version dependent, but for all versions this works:

If you select the entire column when you copy then the column width will be
retained when you paste.

Also, you add page numbering in the Header or Footer area by clicking the
Page # and Number of Pages buttons and then on the Sheet tab choosing down
then over or over then down to indicate the order of printing and hense
numbering. In 2003 you can reach the Page Setup box by choosing File, Page
Setup. In 2007 you reach it by choosing Page Layout, and then clicking the
quick launch button in the bottom right corner of the Page Setup group.
