WinXP Pro SP2 with latest updates..

Whenever I log in as any user, an IE folder window comes up
to same dir. How do I stop this?

Also, how do I disable the annoying callout popups?

Cary, just down the road from me.

Does the IE Window open on it's own - or load when you open IE ?
If the second condition, it may be a Browser HiJack to change your
Start Page.
