2 Problems maybe connected

1. all my scheduled tasks stopped running, they now say "could not start". I
have to re add the passwords for them to work, and then they will only work
once.
when ever I reboot the server I have to redo the passwords in my com+
components.

So I have a some weird problem where the passwords are not working


2. I'm pretty sure that the above problem started at the same times as I
started getting this error

Critical - 9/29/2004 4:16:11 PM - WebService Error Code (from WMI)
WebService : Critical condition. WMI Status: 2147749889

any help?

The first problem occurs consistently on machines where the system
is installed on a FAT/FAT32 partition, when Standard Time changes
to Daylight Saving Time, and vice versa. I wonder if it could happen
too if you set the time manually, and if some time source subsequently
changes the time to some different value.
