I have 4 accounts on my computer, 2 of them are working fine and the other 2,
in the past few days have gotten unbearably slow. I've run 3 different anti
spy programs, registry repair and norton internet security with no availe.
Does anyone have any other ideas??

Look carefully at exactly what is running. Process Explorer can help you
identify what is using CPU cycles.

Clean out the temp folders and browser caches.

How do I clean out the browser caches??

The easiest way to clear the caches and the temp folders is with ccleaner.
The built-in XP tools don't work very well.

Alternately, in IE, tools, internet options, general, and delete in the
browsing history section. See the help files of other browsers for
locations of the cache clearing tools.

I have windows registry repair... is it the same thing?

Not at all the same thing. None of these temp files or browser caches are
in the registry.
