How do I install 2 network cards?

I have two identical d-link cards. I can see both in device mgr but the 2nd
card called adaptor #2 will not install the drivers.

I need this for LAN, the other for external WAN.

Checked in AMI BIOS version 1.21.11 but couldnt see any reference for
tweaking network card settings.

Hi

Two Network Cards can be installed in one computer.

If there is enough IRQs, and the two cards can be configured on different
ones. You might need to try different PCI slots combination to insure
independent IRQs usage.

I have changed the PCI slot placement twice without a result. Both cards use
IRQ 11 and I cannot see where I can change this.

System is SBS2003 /standard workstation with 2002 ECI mobo /SiS737. The
people at d-link told me to go to the bios to change something (but were not
specific on this) but I don't see any networking settings in the bios. (AMI
v. 1.21.11)
