2 network, 2 dsl, 1 nic, 1 wireless how do I select the right dsl connection?

I have two dsl accounts at work. Two seperate peer to peer networks. On one
machine I have a NIC and a wireless usb nic. There are times when I would
like to use the dsl connection on the wireless network but it allways
defaults to the wired lan dsl unless I disable the nic on the wired side. So
my question is how do I point WXP Pro to use which dsl connection I want
with out disabiling the wired nic.

I beleive wired will always overrule wireless, you must disable wired NIC

When multiple Internet connections are available, WXP uses the one
that has the lowest "metric" value. If both of your DSL connections
are enabled, assign a lower metric to the one that you want to use for
Internet access, and assign a higher metric to the other one.

To assign a metric to a network connection:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right click the desired connection.
3. Click Properties | Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
4. Click Properties | Advanced.
5. Un-check "Automatic metric".
6. Enter a number between 1 and 9999 for the "Interface metric".

If you want to manually switch to the wireless connection for Internet
access, you could use a netsh script to statically configure the wired
adapter with no default gateway or to change the metric. This would allow
you to retain LAN connectivity on the wired adapter. When you want to
change back, you could use another netsh script to restore the gateway on
the wired NIC or change it to DHCP. See:

I will give changing the metric value a try tomarrow. The netsh script
sounds like the way to go.
