2 HD's

I have installed a second hard drive and loaded XP on to
it. But now I can't read any of the files on my old
(smaller) HD. It has W2000 OS on it.
Any suggestions?
No idea too extreme at this point.
 
Are they both formatted in NTFS? Did you install WinXP with the old
drive connected?
