2 Computers 2 PDAs 2 Calendars

My wife and I have 2 seperate Computers and 2 seperate Windows mobile phones
and in turn have 2 seperate Outlook Calendars. We are always inviting
eachother to meetings and such to make sure its on both mobile phones. Is
there a way we can both put entrys into Outlook either from our phones or
from the PC itself and it will sync to both Computers? We are not using
an exchange server, the mail is just pop3.
