2 Column Report

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I have a 2 column report. The page header and footer only show up on one
side (the left side).

How do I get them to show up on both sides, and show proper page numbers? I
was hoping that each column would get numbered as a page.

I am making a phone directory, and was hoping to make a book out of it. The
way it will print now, I'll have a lot of cutting and glueing to do to make
it work. Anyone found a way to get this done?
