1st Page Blank - No Error Msg

I keep getting a blank first page on my report. There is only one grouping
and header for that group. I do not get an error of any kind but the 1st page
keeps coming up blank
 
Check and make sure that your report is not wider than you page setup. Go to
file/page setup/pages.
 
Tried that and still no dice...
