1dhcp server serving 2 domains

is it possible for 1 dhcp server to serve 2 seperate domains, not in same
forest and no trusts between the 2? I'm thinking not as dhcp will need to
be authorised in both AD's.
 
yes, providing the network is working (routers forwarding any DHCP packets between any subnets)

Authorisation is for the DHCP service to run if the DHCP server is a member of the domain, once running (authorised in the AD) it will give out addresses for any scopes configured on it.
