180 search assistant ???

A message keeps coming up saying that a third party may have interrupted 180 search assistant, and asks me if I want to re-install, delete or remind me later. Since I don't know what it is I always respond : remind me later. Does anyone know if this is a microsoft program that is needed or if it is some sort of spyware?
 
Sounds like spyware to me.
Do nothing other than click the X in top right corner.
Some spyware installs regardless which option is chosen.

The "180 Search Assistant" is a component of n-Case.

n-Case is a form of spyware. Two products that are normally
quite effective at finding and removing such scumware are Ad-Aware
from www.lavasoft.de and SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org/. Both have free versions.
