16 Bit Windows Subsystem

Software installation problem with the following message.
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system fiel is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
application. Choose "Close" to terminate the application.

Any solution to solve this installation problem ?
