128 or 256MB of video memory?

Yep it is... your opinion... For others, its pretty much fact.

As it was (a fact) for me until a short time ago. Then I started seeing the
new charts like the ones on Tom's Hardware popping up here and there. (And
now, the link provided by Mike and Bill's findings on Max Payne 2)
When you have a theory, as I did, and the evidence proves it's wrong, you
can either choose to ignore the evidence, or admit it's time to re-evaluate
the theory.
I don't think it's too far fetched to say that next year's games, without
using fsaa, could tax a video card as much as today's games do when using
4x fsaa and anisotropic filtering. (the original post was about 256 mb vs.
128 mb in games that aren't out yet, I believe)
All I'm saying is that it may be time to reconsider the value of having more
video card memory.
