128 bit encription

I am trying to acces a web page
floridastatefirecollege.com to get my grades from it and
it keeps coming up telling me that I need to upgrade my
web browser to 128 bit encryption. I am using internet
explorer 6.0, can anybody help me with this
 
With newer versions of Internet Explorer, you will need
to change the encryption level in IE by changing the
encryption level of your operating system. To do this,
install the 128 bit service pack for your operating
system.
