11 digit postnet bar codes in MS 2000?

MS Word will not let me print an 11 digit postnet barcode. Keep getting an
error message saying bar code is invalid. What must I do?

Language formatting of the text from which you're trying to create the
barcode?

Exactly how did you create the barcode (steps)?
